Why did I not receive a reminder?
Open LifeStyle Settings and check reminder status, quiet hours, and private notification wording. Then confirm that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings.
How do I restore LifeStyle Pro?
Open LifeStyle Settings, choose Restore Purchases, and use the same Apple Account that made the original subscription or lifetime purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open LifeStyle Pro and choose Manage Subscription, or open iOS Settings, select your name, then Subscriptions. Apple manages renewal and cancellation.
How do I delete my information?
Open LifeStyle Settings and choose Delete All Data. This removes routines, history, and LifeStyle-owned reminders from the iPhone.
Purchases and billing
Apple processes App Store purchases and payment details. For billing or refund requests, visit Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Your routines stay private
Routines, reminder settings, and check-in history stay on your iPhone and are not sent to Matinformatics. Read the app privacy policy.
